“Inner game AHAs and outer game steps.”
There is so much material in the Bootcamp it will keep me going for awhile!
My biggest inner game AHAs so far have been deciding how I want to show up in a situation, rather than reacting to others or to past scripts, and starting to really FEEL like I am “enough” and that I have a lot to offer at this moment in my work, rather than having it be just a nice idea.
I also feel like I’m clearer about some things that aren’t working, for instance, how I often put others’ needs ahead of my own in my personal and professional life, and how much my life is affected by this mindset.
On the practical side, I’m taking action more quickly, and understanding the difference between goals, projects and tasks and their relationship. I’ve never thought in those terms, so there was a big learning curve and I’m now applying this and taking specific steps and making concrete changes, small and large… and my business is growing as a result of this!
