Burnout to Bliss
I was the kind of person who would just work all the time. I was tired. I was worn down. My life felt accomplished, but two-dimensional. It felt very flat. I knew I needed to do something, but I didn't really understand what that would be. So when I had the opportunity to work with Amira and take advantage of this Paris extravaganza that she had put together for the participants, who were also women business owners, I didn't know what I was in for. I just felt called to jump on it. What I learned from the Paris experience was that there is an absolute deliciousness to life and it can be as simple as a flower, a bowl of berries, or a really nice environment. It can be as complex as Monet's garden, a champagne tour, making your own fragrance, or a Michelin restaurant experience. There's a depth of experience that you can have in all of these experiences.
