You will be the company’s GO TO RESOURCE for a wide variety of marketing and customer care projects and initiatives. The Marketing + Customer Care Associate reports directly to the Marketing Management team and the CEO.

We have a rockstar team made up of an administrative assistant, brand manager, marketing manager, and ongoing contractors for additional support and are looking to add in a Marketing + Customer Care Associate to own, execute, and implement our key marketing initiatives, support our clients and program members, and help us take our movement to the masses.

Our CEO Amira Alvarez founded the company in 2013 and has served women in a wide range of industries including real estate, business consulting, the arts, coaching, law, and medicine, as well as leaders in corporate positions. When she's not helping others, she's continuing to say "yes" to her own growth and stays 100% committed to being unstoppable in her own life and business!


Job Responsibilities

Marketing Associate duties include:

  • Developing systems to scale and executing on all of the following
  • Helping shoot behind the scenes video and photography (if local)
  • Community engagement and management in our Facebook groups
  • Drift chat support through our website
  • Researching contacts for marketing initiatives
  • Captioning Facebook live videos
  • Setting up and sending email marketing campaigns
  • Pulling metrics and running reports for tracking and review
  • Local podcast support (setup, helping record, etc)
  • Posting to social media and our blog
  • Research, outreach, and applications for speaking opportunities

Bonus points for video editing skills or a willingness to learn quickly!

Customer Care Associate duties include:

  • Developing systems to scale and executing on all of the following
  • Managing and sharing call recordings for clients and programs
  • Client / group call scheduling
  • Client technical support for the website and programs
  • Setting up, sending, and managing contracts
  • Customer support emails
  • Processing event orders
  • Sourcing and sending gifts to clients
  • Onboarding clients
  • Organizing VIP days
  • Payment processing
  • Managing emails to private clients and program members
  • Setting up and managing Acuity for scheduling
  • Creating and sending transcripts to clients



Skills / Past Experience

  • Knowledge of and experience with social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Community engagement, customer service, and client management
  • Administrative tasks, project management, juggling multiple things at once
  • Quick problem-solving skills and excellent communication
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Photography and videography skills are a plus!
  • Knowledge of email marketing systems is a plus!

Past experience with sales is a HUGE bonus and opens you up to more opportunities in this role and within the company!
