We all know how self-esteem impacts sales conversion. However, there’s this one thing that’s often overlooked.
Self-esteem is confidence in your own worth and value, but when you see your value by making people feel good, you’re in big trouble.
Take, for example, one of my clients, who has been holding back in accelerating her sales cycle because she thinks it might turn people off (even though the results are off the charts).
Sure, there will always be those who would feel bad if you put a quick decider. But that should not define you, nor your offer.
Your job is to help them expand their potential through your offer or service, even if that means putting them in a little bit of emotional intensity.
So how do you work this out?
Listen in as I discuss how rewiring your mindset leads to better self-esteem that, in turn, translates to better sales.
In our Coaching Uncut Series, we take you behind the scenes and show you the coaching I do with my clients so you can learn right along with them! All of these coaching calls have been recorded with permission, and the sound quality may vary.
