Terms and Conditions

I understand that upon enrollment in any Program offered by Amira Alvarez and Wealth of Life, LLC, I am working with Amira Alvarez for professional business coaching, mentoring, and transformational belief breakthrough work at the agreed fee for this work. This work is distinctly different from counseling, psychotherapy or psychoanalysis and does not deal with the diagnosis or treatment of emotional problems.

Amira has made every effort to accurately represent the Program and its potential benefits. Results can and do vary; therefore the Company makes no guarantees. Each individual’s success depends on many factors, including but not limited to, his or her background, dedication, starting point in their business, desire, and motivation.

I agree that I am solely responsible for doing my own due diligence when it comes to making business decisions and all information that have been provided should be independently verified by my own qualified professionals including checking with my accountant, lawyer or professional advisor, before acting on this or any information. I agree that Amira Alvarez is not responsible for the success or failure of my business decisions relating to any information presented by her.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you authorize the Company to charge your credit card as payment for your Program at the time of enrollment. This is not an installment contract. You are responsible for full payment of fees for the entire course of the Program (the “Commitment Period”), regardless of your level of engagement, and regardless of whether you have selected a lump sum or monthly payment plan. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, if, for any reason, you choose to remove or cancel yourself out of the program prior to the end date of the Commitment Period, you are obligated to pay or continue paying any outstanding balance(s). To further clarify, no refunds will be issued and all scheduled payments must be paid on a timely basis whether you complete the Program or not. By checking yes to these Terms and Conditions, you are indicating agreement with these terms and agree not to initiate a charge-back procedure on any credit cards on account for any reason. Should a dispute over payment arise, you agree that resolution shall first be attempted between yourself and the Company.

This Agreement and program description constitute the entire agreement and understanding between the parties and supersede any prior agreement or understanding whether oral or written relating to the subject matter hereof.
