In this week’s episode of The Unstoppable Woman, I interview the fantastic Grace Fodor.

Grace is a serial entrepreneur and the founder of Studio10, a pro-age skincare and makeup brand for all of us ladies with mature skin.

She’s gorgeous and brilliant (you can see I’m in total fan mode right now) and today, she’s here to tell us everything we need to know about her brand and how it’s changing the face of aging.

Because, whether we like it or not, aging is still a taboo for some people.

We all go through it, and yet, many of us try to hide it. We dread the day we turn 50, we dread the day we see our first gray hair or our first wrinkle…

To a lot of women, being “older” means feeling invisible or not being as valuable or as attractive as their younger selves.

But Grace is here to show all of us that that’s not true!

Aging is not scary or bad, and even though we might be older, we can still feel as good as we did when we were in our early twenties.

I, for one, am excited about learning from Grace, and I hope you are too!

Well then, what are you waiting for?

Let’s dive in.

Key Takeaways:

Introduction (00:00)

Meet Grace (00:47)

Inside beauty vs. outside beauty (01:17)

The power pose (05:53)

The different directions of aging (13:12)

Outer beauty = self esteem? (20:44)

Ladies, do you ever find yourself working harder than you should because you’re scared of disappointing others?

If so, this episode is for you, because this week’s client on Coaching Uncut is dealing with the exact same thing.

She’s scared of disappointing those around her because, in her mind, if she does, they’ll stop loving her.

And, if you’ve ever listened to any episode of The Unstoppable Woman, you know that’s not a reality, because love is never conditional.

My client knows this, but still struggles with believing she is enough, and disappointing others will not ruin her relationships.

Listen in as she and I work on her fear of disappointment and other stuff.

In our Coaching Uncut Series, we take you behind the scenes and show you the coaching I do with my clients so you can learn right along with them! All of these coaching calls have been recorded with permission, and the sound quality may vary.

Key Takeaways:

Introduction (00:00)

Some observations (02:02)

Disappointing yourself vs disappointing others (04:59)

About setting goals (15:47)

Personal life vs professional life (19:32)

In today’s episode of The Unstoppable Woman, I interview not one but two guests.

Debbie and Erin have been clients of mine for a few years now. Today, they are Program Coaches in The Spirit of Wealth.

Going from coached to coaches means Debbie Heiser and Erin Marcus have a unique perspective on what it’s like to work on yourself, and do it well enough to be able to help others with their own journey.

This episode is my own market research. Through it, I learn more about what it’s like to go through my coaching program, what problems I should be solving for my clients, and what I can do better.

Together, Erin, Debbie, and I will be going back to the past, and discuss their first steps in the coaching programs, why they seeked a coach, how we can serve other clients like them better, and more.

It’s a riveting conversation and I can’t wait to hear what you ladies have to say about it!

Tune in to listen.

Ladies, I have a question for you: What kind of business are you building?

If you’re building one that’s going to thrive and be successful, then, sooner or later, you’ll need to hire a team and learn how to delegate certain tasks.

Yes, even the ones you deem too important to be done by anyone else but you.

After all, you can’t do everything in your business. And letting go of some parts of it can give you more time to fully focus on what’s more important.

Someone who’s been struggling with coming to terms with this is this week’s Coaching Uncut client.

She’s been taking care of everything herself, but it’s now time for her to define her priorities and learn to delegate.

Listen in as I help her work through this and more.

In our Coaching Uncut Series, we take you behind the scenes and show you the coaching I do with my clients so you can learn right along with them! All of these coaching calls have been recorded with permission, and the sound quality may vary.

Key Takeaways:

Introduction (00:00)

Quick catch up (00:50)

Why you should hire a team (06:03)

Let’s talk VIPs (10:39)

Learning to delegate (20:00)

The importance of shifting your focus (24:56)
