Have you ever been overwhelmed by envy? That feeling of wanting what somebody else has?

I know I have. It’s a terrible feeling, especially when it’s combined with thinking you’re somehow deficient… otherwise you’d have what they have by now.

It can cause self-doubt, fear, and panic and… unless you know how to make it work for you.

Let’s say you’re focused on growing your business but you haven’t hit your income goals yet.

You’re always on the go, it’s a bit of a struggle but you’re working hard… then you scroll past an old colleague in your feed, where she’s posting about her massive success in her business.

“Ugh, what does she have that I don’t???” you think to yourself as you go into that spiral of “not enoughness,” questioning whether you’re doing the right things or if you even have what it takes

Or maybe you’ve been killing it in your business, but you envy your friend who just got in amazing shape and looks annoyingly good, or your sister who’s romantically lit up.

Regardless of the exact details, you don’t need me to tell you that this type of comparison leaves you feeling awful.

It breeds feelings of envy and low self-confidence. It limits your potential and blocks your success… if it remains at this level of envy and fear.

The antidote for this is, “I can do that too.

You can’t stop yourself from observing others’ successes and failures. But you can change how you respond and allow it to impact your life.

You can choose to use it as inspiration, rather than a tool for self-criticism and fear-based reactivity.

When I was making my big quantum leap, I claimed the goal of making a million dollars. I did that because I heard that other people had done it.

Instead of going into jealousy, criticism, or dismissiveness, instead of making them wrong or bad, I said, if they can do it… I can do it too.

I reframed the situation, and it’s one of the mindset shifts that allowed me to go from $138k to $700k in one year, then cross the 7-figure mark.

Making these mental shifts is essential to becoming the person who actually executes on her goals – rather than the person who self-sabotages, wallows in jealousy, and stays small.

Are you willing to make this shift?

You can have what I have, or what your best friend has, or what that successful stranger on the street has… you just have to be willing to do what it takes.

You want to make more money and increase your cash flow, yes?

Yet there are times (perhaps more often than you realize) when you’re saying things like, “Ugh! I just don’t want to do it!!”

So what is this about? And how does it affect your cash flow?

This is a block to making money—plain and simple.

You’ll know that it’s showing up for you if you’re in resistance and frustration about taking some sort of action (no matter how small or insignificant that action may seem), and whatever you’re faced with feels like a heavy weight pulling you down.

When you show up in your business with this kind of attitude, you stop the money flow… both on an energetic level and a practical level.

Energetically, having this attitude of resistance and resentment is like a giant stop sign to Spirit.

It’s saying that you’re not willing to grow and become more, which is exactly what the Universe is saying you must do in order to actualize your next-level income goals.

You must change your attitude.

This isn’t just “putting on a happy face. You’ve got to change your entire approach to doing the work of making money. You really, truly need to fall in love with ALL ASPECTS of your work.

On a practical level, this allows you to get the work of building your business done so much more easily and quickly.

This is what I live and breathe. It’s one of the things that allowed me to go from barely making 6-figures to making $700k in one year, then onto 7-figures.

How will you start practicing this today? I promise it will work for you as well.

I was willing to work hard, I was ready to put the time in, but I did not want to go slow. I wanted my financial freedom right now. I wanted to create it TODAY.

So why wasn’t it coming??

If I was ‘so smart’ and such a hard worker… Why wasn’t I getting ahead?

There’s an answer to this… and when I discovered it, it changed my life.

After having some solid success with my business at first, I finally went from the low 6-figures to the high 6-figures in just a year. ($138k to $700k to be exact. ;-)

After that, I crossed the 7-figure mark—and consistently continue to grow my business today. I finally had financial freedom!

And I didn’t just do this for myself. I’ve been able to help make this a reality for countless people that I coach as well.

So what did I do differently to make that happen? Listen up, because I want to help you get there too…

First, you have to recognize your money story, what it is, and that it’s the core cause of your struggle.

Second, you have to be willing to claim an income goal that would be a breakthrough for you.

Third, you need a clear plan to get yourself to that goal number that’s not just magical thinking.

And then, you have to do the work to break through your inner game blocks (your subconscious patterns and all the ways you self-sabotage) so you can consistently and quickly execute on your plan!

There’s a clear-cut process to this final step. To find out all about it for no cost at all, join me for my LIVE workshop next Tuesday, March 30th at 2:30pm EDT: Banish Blocks, Create Cashflow! We’ll be covering the actionable steps you can take to step out of the never ending cycle of struggle and escalate your cashflow!

For years, I struggled. I had a certain level of success, but I wasn’t breaking through. I was hitting an invisible limit that I couldn’t see but was definitely capping my income and limiting my cashflow.

I always felt like I was chasing my tail, like I couldn’t keep up. I was overwhelmed and quite frankly BLOCKED.

I had big dreams and wanting to do so much more with my life, but felt trapped by not having enough money…

So I jumped from one thing to another thinking that I didn’t have the right strategy. I ended up implementing the spaghetti approach – where I kept trying EVERYTHING, throwing it at the wall to see what sticks.

That’s a recipe for BURNOUT!

But all I thought was: “If I just do one more thing. If I just work harder…” I’d be able to get ahead.

But nothing was working… and I was tired, overwhelmed, and quite frankly CONFUSED.

It wasn’t until I figured out what was really blocking me that I was able to breakthrough and create consistent cashflow.

When I did, I went from making $138k to $700k in one year, then crossed 7-figures!

But it’s not just about me… I’ve taken the process I used and developed a methodology that’s helped so many clients break through their blocks as well.

Like Lauren G. who quadrupled her monthly income…

Or Lindsay G. who hit her goal of six-figures in the first nine months of the year and is making the most money she’s ever made in her life…

Or Wendy S. who skyrocketed from a salary in the low six-figures to making over a million!

Whatever your goal is, it doesn’t have to be so hard.

There’s a proven method to breaking through your blocks and increasing your cashflow.

I’d love to show you what that is.

Join me for my free LIVE workshop on Tuesday, March 30th at 2:30pm EDT: Banish Blocks, Create Cashflow!

I’ll walk you through how to identify and overcome the invisible blocks that stop most business owners from scaling quickly.

If you want to step out of the struggle cycle and get into aligned action, no more excuses… I better see you there. ;-)

The Law of Cause & Effect (and How It Controls Your Life!)

The Law of Cause & Effect (and How It Controls Your Life!)

You are always first cause. All the results you’re getting are an effect of the causes you’re putting into motion. That’s the Law of Cause and Effect.

Every action you take, the words you speak, the way you’re showing up, how you’re BEING in your life, relationships, and business… all of that creates results, small and large.

These then have a ripple effect, putting other things into motion, in a train of causation.

If your business feels hard and overwhelming… you are at cause for that.

If you’re not making enough money… you are at cause for that.

If you’re frustrated by the systems and people in your business… you are at cause for that.

Don’t get mad at me. It’s the Law of Cause and Effect.

This isn’t about blame or shame or making yourself wrong. It’s not about making yourself feel crappy.

In fact, it’s really quite freeing. When you understand that you are ‘at cause’ for your results you can change your results by changing yourself.

It’s about taking 100% personal responsibility for the results you’re creating (or not creating).

To do that, you have to look at the choices you’re making… the experiences you’re tolerating… the thoughts you’re thinking… as well as where you’re stopping short.

When you OWN that you’re first cause—when you see all your experiences as opportunities rather than spinning out or giving up—then you’re able to make changes. All of the things you thought you couldn’t alter… are suddenly in your hands.

Applying this to your business is one of the secret sauces to scaling quickly, with ease and grace.

When you start creating new habits, you’re excited and motivated.

If it’s a business building habit, you recognize how your business will improve once this new habit is part of your routine. All good so far.

But let’s see what really happens

Let’s say you decide you’re going to start doing sales outreach for an hour every morning. In the beginning, you’re very aware of how making this a habit is going to help you finally start creating consistent cash flow and success in your business!

After the initial hurdle of getting started, the first few days are amazing! A surge of motivation energizes you, you’re optimistic about what’s to come, and you’re making promising connections!

But, after a little while, things start to get in the way.

You get overwhelmed with personal issues or work, so maybe one morning you decide to catch up on emails instead… or you got awful sleep, and you think…
“I’ve been working hard. It wouldn’t be so bad if I skipped this one day.”

But one day becomes two, two becomes three… and days become weeks without progress.

Sound familiar? That’s because building success habits isn’t as easy as it seems.

So, what if you started smallbut were strategically focused about it… every day?

Here’s the hack” :)

You break it down to the ridiculous and start with something so incredibly small, you couldn’t NOT do it.

You find the smallest interval you can think of, for an action you know will lead to growth in your business, and put it on your to-do list.

Think social media will help you grow your business? Start by posting something simple to one platform a day.

Want to launch a course with a massive partner program? Start by engaging with a couple of important influencers each day.

You might look at your “little” habit and think, that’s not going to change my business!

But here’s the thing: if it’s easy, it’ll be easy for you to do every day.

Then when that’s super dialed in, you raise the bar. Just a little.

You do a little bit more as part of that daily habit and then a little bit more… BUT YOU ALWAYS KEEP YOUR COMMITMENT.

Before you know it… you might just become the unstoppable woman you always wanted to be… making bank and making an impact!

P.S. Struggling to be consistent and stop self-sabotaging, even if you already know what actions to take? Or are you not sure what your “move the needle” habits should be in the first place? Let’s talk about what your strategic focus needs to be and how to make scaling your business faster and easier, today.
