Would you love to feel amazing at the end of each day? Full of satisfaction, knowing that you knocked it out of the park?

Can you imagine what this would do for your momentum and your ability to show up and SLAY every day in your life and your business?

You would be ON FIRE!!

But that’s not the case for most people. Most people sabotage their momentum by not keeping their word to themselves.

Here’s how the momentum-killing, downward spiral actually works (see if it’s familiar)…

First, we set conscious or vaguely conscious commitments to ourselves and others. All good, except we’re generally not clear about when or what or how it’s going to happen.

Because we haven’t gotten clear about it, we get distracted, tired, or pulled in a different direction by someone else’s needs or some kind of fire drill that appears more important.

When we realize we haven’t kept our commitment to ourselves, there arises a slight feeling (sometimes more) of disappointment… then guilt… then wrongness… then failure… even when we’ve done a trillion other things in our day.

Your downward spiral might have a slightly different nuance to it, but it probably looks pretty similar. Recognize what happens for you when you say you’ll do something… or you have a strong desire to do something… but you don’t actually do it.

  • What happens to your mood, energy, and self-esteem?
  • What happens to your ability to feel good at the end of the day?
  • What happens to your relationships (personally or professionally)?
  • What happens to your sense of Self, who you believe yourself to be?
  • What happens to your self-talk, the stories you tell about yourself?

Do this over and over again AND THIS KILLS YOUR MOMENTUM.

Now take this deeper and ask yourself…

What are the unconscious or vaguely conscious commitments you’re actually making?

What are the first ones that come to mind? It could be a desire to work out every day, to do your morning routine, to make sales calls, to start that project, to get your marketing off the ground, etc. It could be any number of things in your day-to-day life and business.

Continue to note them throughout the day.

You’ll be surprised how many shapes and sizes they come in. You’ll also be surprised if you track this, how often you set yourself up for failure!

If you say you want to do something, be clear with yourself.

The only way to do that is to take your calendar out and schedule it. Decide specifically what you’re doing and when it’s getting done.

If you work your calendar in a PROACTIVE way, you’ll see exactly what choices you need to make to stay in integrity with yourself.

Make these choices.

Live in integrity.

Feel the flow. :-)

Do you know how much you’re worth?

One of the places most women struggle with their sales conversation is around pricing.

Both in knowing how much to charge and asking for the sale with ease.

When you don’t know your worth, you avoid the money piece until asked, and when you do reply you feel wobbly and uncomfortable. You hem and haw, fumble around with the numbers, and sometimes even invalidate yourself before you hear what they have to say.

You know those moments. The ones where you lay out the cost and then quickly go on to say, “but if that’s too expensive we can always [insert whatever you say to discount your offering].”

There are many different reasons why we do this, including:

  • We don’t know why we priced ourselves where we did
  • We’re not confident in our ability to solve their problem effectively
  • We have imposter syndrome and wonder, “who am I to actually help people?”
  • We hear a critical voice in our head that doesn’t belong to us (it belongs to mom or dad or some important figure that told us we weren’t good enough along the way)
  • We have issues and beliefs around money and wealth that hold us back
  • We hold limiting beliefs around “sales” and “marketing” bring gross or sleazy

All of these come back to KNOWING and OWNING your worth.

Knowing and owning your ability to really serve and support people in all the ways you’re most called, equipped, and experienced to do so.

Knowing and owning the value of what you provide, and how vastly that impacts someone’s life, work, relationships, or health.

So tell me, where do you get tripped up? What is the feeling you have around asking for money or talking about your prices? What is the story or belief? Why do you avoid, hem and haw, or immediately discount and invalidate your worth?

And most importantly… why don’t you charge enough not to be stressed out or worried about money?

Really take a moment to sit with these questions.

Not only will I be teaching you my high integrity, massively effective sales system that helps you change your entire mindset around sales, but we’ll be digging into THREE “get the work done sessions” so that you can leave with your Success Plan FULLY DEVELOPED.

Want to start now? Your first step is to get clear on the positioning and value of your product or service…

Confusion is one of the common ways I see people sabotaging their success.

Being unclear about what actions they need to be taking next, feeling indecisive about opportunities and obligations, spinning out on how to use new programs or technology, or getting lost in the rabbit hole of ‘research’ around things like marketing strategy.

These things leave us frazzled and frantic, never really getting anything done.

But there’s another way confusion sabotages success that you might not realize and it comes down to this:

A confused business owner doesn’t sell.

A confused buyer doesn’t buy.

This is an easy place to get hung up without realizing it. I sometimes have to remind myself (yes, myself!!) when launching new offerings of this truth…

As a salesperson, business owner, and creator of the product or service itself, I absolutely have to ensure two things:

1) I’m clear on what I’m offering, the results and benefits I’m promising, how I’m going to provide those, and the true value of what it is that I’m selling.

2) I’m clearly communicating what I’m selling, I’m directly addressing my prospect’s pain points and objections, and I’m making the process of as CLEAR and EASY as possible.

It seems straightforward enough, but when we don’t do the work to properly position ourselves and make sure our message and offer is on point, we often create confusion without realizing it!!

When you get honest with yourself about this… where are you feeling confusion around your own offerings? And where you’re likely creating confusion for your buyers? Are you really able to speak about you do clearly and effectively so that your client “gets it”?

Is the message you’re trying to communicate clear? Does it represent you and what you stand for in the world? Can you proudly and confidently shout it from the proverbial rooftops?

If not, you need to step out of confusion and get clear on your messaging so that you can market effectively.

My message is that you don’t have to move slowly, that you can close the gap and create what you want in life so much quicker than you ever imagined. Does it take effort? Absolutely! But isn’t your extraordinary life worth it? Let’s not settle for average. Let’s not settle for limited, small, or constrained. Let’s go for true freedom… emotional and financial freedom…fully confident in your ability to make money and thrive in this world, actualizing your purpose and potential, and making your impact. The time is now… because your life is made up of years, of months, of days. Days are the building blocks of your life. Every day that you let slip by not growing into your bigness is a day lost to smallness. Don’t let that happen.

Even though I’ve been in business for years EVERY TIME I grow to the next level I have to do this kind of clarity work. If you don’t, you just slow down your progress You get lost in the confusion… and that’s a terrible place to be…. Because a confused customer doesn’t buy and and confused business owner doesn’t sell… which equates to what? Slow, low, or non-existent income!!

Don’t let that happen to you! :)

Now’s the time. It’s time to close the gap and create what you want now… your income breakthrough, your successful business, your extraordinary life!

I get it–you look outside your window and you see tons of people, BUT why aren’t they YOUR clients?

Yes, there’s marketing that needs to be done.

Yes, you need to be visible.

Yes, there are conversations to be had.

BUT…

If you want to make sure you have a full roster of clients and plenty of people on your waitlist, then you need to understand: ‘the impression of increase’.

Wallace Wattles writes about this in his landmark book, ‘The Science of Getting Rich’.

He says that in order for YOU to be successful, you must CONVEY to others that working with you will allow THEM to have MORE.

Get that?

You have to impress upon them that working with you will help them increase their life and have…

More money, more love, more energy, more impact, more ease, peace, fun… whatever they desire more of in life that you help people with.

You can help them have a better life. You know that. But are you letting them know that? Or are you being shy and overly humble about it? Are you communicating it through what you say and do and how you’re being? Or are you playing small?

To be clear, the impression of increase is NOT about the impression of riches and wealth.

It isn’t about trying to be anything you’re not!!

That means don’t try to present an image of yourself that you’re more successful than you are, or that you’re living a completely different lifestyle than what is true.

No posing in front of private jets and Lamborghinis, unless they’re actually yours!! ;-)

It’s about saying, “what I do in this world—the impact I have and the product or service I provide—can help you have more life.”

Do you know how to do this?

Are you doing this?

Take a crack at it today. :)

THIS is one of the ways to ensure you always have clients… by showing up with a focus on bringing MORE LIFE to everyone around you and communicating that.

“Today proper undergarments – tomorrow the world!”

This is something a new client posted the other day, and I had to chuckle because it’s true. ;-)

When you start going for more in your life and business, it usually starts with small shifts most people overlook. Upgrading from the old ratty undergarments to the sexy, expensive ones. Ordering the steak off the menu, rather than settling for something less pricey. Choosing to shop at the higher end store rather than grabbing what works ‘well enough’ from the bargain shop.

These little incremental shifts add up.

They raise your vibration and allow you to attract more of what you truly desire, because you’re no longer operating from an energy of settling. Of ‘good enough’.

You’re claiming your desires and showing the Universe, Spirit, Source that you KNOW you’re worthy of more, different, and better. That you value yourself and what you want.

Eventually, you’ll move up from things like going to the salon for a blowout to flying first class everywhere you go. You’ll invest in the experts and higher level team. You’ll get exactly what you want because you want it, not because the price tag says you can have it.

You’ll hold yourself, your team, your relationships, and your clients to a higher standard because you’re committed to becoming truly unstoppable and living an uncompromised life.

But it starts with those little things… like underwear!!

The Law of Sacrifice says that in order to call in something of a higher nature, you have to be willing to let go of something of a lower nature.

What in your life or business is declaring to the Universe, “I’m not worth more or better”?

What ways of being are telling Spirit that, “I’m okay settling for ‘good enough’”?

What thoughts are you thinking that declare to Source, “I’m unwilling to align myself with things of a higher nature; of a more positive, abundant, and resourceful vibration”?

If you’re willing to uplevel your experience, actions, thoughts, beliefs, and ways of being around the small things first, it won’t be long before you’re calling in more money, more support, more visibility, more respect, more love, more connection, more pleasure, more fun.

Where will you start today?

Do you have good intentions each week to stay on top of all your tasks? To move your projects forward and not end up working late into the night?

Yet every week you seem to get lost in the chaos… getting some things done while adding 10 more things to the list… working 12+ hour days… always feeling stressed and behind?

It doesn’t have to be that way.

We live in an EASY and ABUNDANT Universe, we just have to make the DECISION to stop making it so dang hard!!

One of the best ways to stop is to bring more care and respect to your scheduling and planning process. Here’s how to do that…

First, at the start of each week (or the evening before each workday), take a few minutes and map out EVERYTHING that needs to get done. Make a big list, leave nothing off.

Second, create a grid for the day or week on a sheet of paper, breaking out the hours into 30-minute increments. Take your list and block time for each task that needs to get done. Leave a bit of buffer room if you’re not sure exactly how long it will take.

Third, HONOR and RESPECT this plan for your day or week. Stick to it. Be mindful of it. Set a timer on your phone for each block if that’s what you need to do. Make note of the tasks that take longer than you planned so you know what to expect for the next time, but do your best to stick to those time blocks as much as possible.

Will things come up? Absolutely! Things always come up!

But visually seeing everything you have to do for the day or week actually gives you MORE time and freedom… because rather than spinning out from the chaos of #allthethings and not having a sense of how long they will take or prioritizing what needs to be prioritized… you will feel calmer and far more focused. You will be able to do one thing at a time until it’s complete so that you can move onto what’s next with more ease and less anxiety.

We don’t have to make things so hard, and this is one simple way to start taking new and different actions to create different results (in this case, feeling more peace and ease during your weeks).

How will you implement this in your business this week?
