Holding your clients accountable is not always easy, especially when you don’t want to come off as too forceful.
Take for example one of my clients, who works as a coach and is having scheduling issues with one of her own clients who refuses to commit to a date for her sessions.
She’s tried everything, and yet, nothing has worked for her (yet).
Having an uncommitted client is annoying and frustrating.
However, it’s also a problem that you can solve by getting to the root of your clients’ avoidance and working on that.
How?
Listen in as I discuss just that in today’s session of Coaching Uncut.
In our Coaching Uncut Series, we take you behind the scenes and show you the coaching I do with my clients so you can learn right along with them! All of these coaching calls have been recorded with permission, and the sound quality may vary.
