Coming to Terms With Aging

Coming to terms with you and your loved ones aging is not easy.

This is especially true for female entrepreneurs in the workplace.

Ageism is a real thing, and sooner or later, many of us will struggle with it. This is the simple reality of being a woman.

A clear example of this is one of my own clients’ client, a pretty successful woman in her mid-sixties who wants to keep working and getting ahead in her career.

However, she is met by questions like “Why don’t you just retire?” and “You’re a bit too old for this, aren’t you?”

And of course, this has been weighing on my own client, which is why it’s the main subject of today’s Coaching Uncut episode.

Listen in as she and I discuss the realities of aging in life and in the workplace.

In our Coaching Uncut Series, we take you behind the scenes and show you the coaching I do with my clients so you can learn right along with them! All of these coaching calls have been recorded with permission, and the sound quality may vary.
